Hamilton County firefighters are on scene of a structure fire in Arlington Heights, Tuesday afternoon.

ONE IS STILL ON THE LOOSE, TWO OTHERS ARE UNDER ARREST, INCLUDING ONE WHO WAS IN COURT JUST A SHORT TIME AGO. 20-YEAR-OLD DAKOTA PFEIFFER WAS ARRESTED ON TEMPERATE WITH EVIDENCE CHARGES. IN COURT THIS MORNING, HE WAS ALSO CHARGED WITH MURDER. INVESTIGATORS SAY HE ADMITTED HE WAS AT THE SCENE OF THE MURDER AND SAW AT LEAST ONE VICTIM MOTIONLESS FACE DOWN ON THE FLOOR. EVEN THOUGH HE IS NOT THE TRIGGER MAN, HE IS STILL CHARGED IN THE MURDERS. TWO MEN WERE SHOT TO DEATH IN THEIR HOMES IN OHIO TOWNSHIP. THE PROSECUTOR DESCRIBED PFEIFFER’S ROLE IN THE CRIME TODAY. >> HE HAD PARTIAL KNOWLEDGE OF VARIOUS INDIVIDUALS THAT WENT TO THIS LOCATION WHILE THESE MURDERS WERE TAKING PLACE. >> STILL ON THE LOOSE IS CHRISTIAN MONTGOMERY, 17. HE IS BELIEVED TO BE THE PERSON WHO ACTUALLY PULL THE TRIGGER. HIS BROTHER ALREADY UNDER ARREST, ANTHONY MONTGOMERY, 18. HE IS CHARGED WITH ONE COUNT OF TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE BUT THAT COULD CHANGE, TOO. KELLY: DO WE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE MOTIVE? >> RIGHT NOW, THIS IS JUST ABOUT ROBBERY. THAT IS ALL POLICE ARE SAYING AT THIS POINT. AS WE LEARN MORE DETAILS, ALL OF THIS COULD CHANGE. COLIN: POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING MULTIPLE SCENES AFTER A SHOOTING IN OVER-THE-RHINE. POLICE TELL US A 16 OR 17-YEAR-OLD BOY WAS SHOT IN THE STOMACH ON 13TH STREET NEAR CLAY STREET SHORTLY BEFORE MIDNIGHT. WE’RE TOLD THAT VICTIM RAN TO THE SHELL STATION ON EAST LIBERTY, WHERE HE WAS PICKED UP AND TAKEN TO U.C. MEDICAL CENTER. HE IS EXPECTED TO RECOVER. POLICE ALSO FOUND SEVERAL BULLET HOLES IN NEARBY BUSINESSES ON MAIN STREET. POLICE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A BLACK CA

One resident was home when the blaze started but was able to get out of the building safely. There are reports of pets still in the building.There are no reports of injuries in this incident.

Dispatchers for Hamilton County confirmed that there is an active fire on the 600 block of Elliott Avenue.
One resident was home when the blaze started but was able to get out of the building safely.
