CINCINNATI (WKRC) - If you're looking for a good part-time job with flexible hours, Uncle Sam wants you to help with the 2020 Census.
Every 10 years, census workers set out to count every person in the United States. Previous counts have primarily involved completing printed forms you get in the mail. This time, a lot of us will be able to do everything online.
Because this is such a huge undertaking, the operators of the Census 2020 office here are looking to hire a lot of people to help.
Deputy Regional Director Philip Lutz says it will take as many as 20,000 workers in the Greater Cincinnati area alone to complete the 2020 Census.
