WINTON HILLS, Ohio (WKRC) - Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority opened the new Resource Opportunities Center for residents in Winton Hills.
Monday's grand opening took place at Winton Hills Academy on Winneste Avenue.
The center will provide a variety of resources to help promote self-sufficiency for residents.
