1 dead in Glendale crash after car strikes several trees


One person has died following a single-vehicle crash in Glendale on Saturday afternoon.Crews responded to the 10900 block of Springfield Pike near the Glencoe Golf Course around 4:25 p.m. The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office said a 2013 black Toyota Corolla was traveling east on the Glencoe Golf Course's entrance drive when the vehicle crossed Springfield Pike, traveling into the wood line and striking several trees before eventually coming to a stop.A spokesperson for the sheriff's office said the driver was pronounced dead at the scene by University of Cincinnati Air Care flight doctors.Investigators believe the driver was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.Officials have not released the identity of the driver or the cause of the crash.
