Although Hard Rock Casino in downtown Cincinnati is open for business, one thing is still covered up: That iconic guitar.
The massive guitar outside the casino has mostly stayed under wraps, save a few days in July when it was first unveiled for the opening of the Hard Rock Cafe.
When Hard Rock announced it was rebranding and replacing the former Jack Casino, Hard Rock president George Goldhoff told The Enquirer he envisioned "a guitar to support the most iconic entertainment brand in the world."
A spokesperson for Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati said the guitar was initially re-covered as a precaution to construction happening on the exterior.
So when will the coverings finally come off?
The guitar will be fully unveiled at 11 a.m. Oct. 29, in line with the grand opening of the casino, the spokesperson said.

At the grand opening, Cincinnati Reds legend Pete Rose will make the first table game bet. There will also be a live performance by Earth, Wind & Fire.
