Arrest made in slaying at Sharonville Rally’s drive-thru


A 28-year-old man has now been arrested, accused of shooting and killing a man who “had a relationship with his wife,” Sharonville police say.Anthony Holley Jr. has now been arrested in the slaying of Michael Brice in Sharonville on May 3.Sharonville police said Brice was shot multiple times and died in the drive-thru of the Rally's on East Sharon Road around noon Monday.On Friday, police announced that Holley has been arrested in the killing, saying he shot Brice multiple times before fleeing the scene in a 1997 Ford Thunderbird.Brice was a father of five children, ranging in age from 2 years old to 8 years old.Brice's father, Michael Howard, said his son was on a lunch break from Gorilla Glue when the slaying happened."I don't think it's still hit me. It's almost like this ain't real," Howard said.He said Brice loved his family and kept to himself."We would like to express our condolences to Brice’s family as they deal with this senseless death. We would also like to express our gratitude to neighboring agencies that assisted us in this investigation. Sharonville police said Brice was shot multiple times and died in the drive-thru of the Rally's on East Sharon Road around noon Monday.
