Two brothers from Australia found themselves making a bittersweet memory before the University of Cincinnati vs. the University of Arkansas season opener game on Saturday. Mason Fletcher, sophomore punter for the Bearcats has a younger brother, Max Fletcher, who just so happens to be the freshman punter for the Razorbacks. The two brothers from Melbourne were reunited on Saturday's game and Mason got to reunite with his mom. He hadn't seen her in two years. The Cincinnati Bearcats Football Twitter account posted the video of the reunion. UC captioned the video "We're not crying, you’re crying! (Okay… we're crying too.) Mason Fletcher's family flew in from Australia to watch him and his brother play against each other tomorrow at Arkansas." Watch video below to see the reunion.Fletcher had posted a picture of him and his brother in uniform to his Twitter prior to the season opener game and said "Fair to say mum and dad are tailgate ready," with a few laughing emojis. Max, who hadn't seen his parents in eight months, also took to Twitter to post a family picture. "Good to see mum and dad for the first time in 8 months, excited for Saturday #woopig," the freshman punter said. Although the game didn't rule in Cincinnati's favor when Arkansas defeated them 31-24, it was still a win for the Fletcher brothers.

Firefighters who put out the blaze at a home in Virginia recently got to reunite with a four-legged family member they were able to save from the fire.Dana Glenn and Marty Dickens told WDBJ that the firefighters are heroes for saving their dog Gracie, who means so much to them. "She's been a part of our lives for over five years. She's helped me get over the death of just about all my family," Glenn said. When Dickens and an electrician first noticed smoke coming from upstairs on May 30, everyone was able to run outside except for Gracie, even after the couple tried repeatedly to save her. As Roanoke fire crews arrived, the word got out to search and save Gracie.Lt. Chris White was the one who located Gracie and handed the 90-lb dog to another firefighter.Crews treated Gracie and transported her in an ambulance to a vet to save her life. Now that Gracie is on the mend, her family took her to meet her rescuers.Watch the video above to see their reunion."It means a lot for us to, you know, just do our jobs and have them come back and show their appreciation," White said. Glenn and Dickens also made a $1,000 donation to the Roanoke Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in honor of the firefighters.

<p>A brother and sister are connecting for the first time after finding out they are related. </p>
<p>Days after a tornado took out most of Mayfield, Kentucky, Sean Lynch, and Judy Saxton finally met after ancestry.com DNA tests led them to one another.</p>
<p>In October, they discovered they shared the same father. Lynch says he never met his biological father, who started another family with Saxton's mother years later.</p>
<p>"I thought I was an only child after my biological brother was killed in 1994 in a car accident," Lynch said.</p>
<p>Saxton's daughter discovered the relation through an online DNA test after tracing their family tree.</p>
<p>"She got ahold of him and told him. He thought I was her grandmother," Saxton said. "But then she told him, 'That's my mom, so that's your sister. You're my uncle."</p>
<p>Between COVID-19 concerns and their distance — one in Colorado and the other in Kentucky — the slight chance of meeting in person. Then the tornado hit.</p>
<p>Lynch says he drove 14.5 hours from Littleton, Colorado, just to see his sister and deliver essentials like generators, a space heater, food, water, and love that only family can provide.</p>
<p>"I told my wife when I found out about her, the only thing I want for Christmas is to hug my sister," he said.</p>
<p>Judy is 67 years old, and Sean is 74, so the siblings have a lot to catch up on now that they've been reunited.</p>
<p><i>Stephanie Sandoval at Newsy first reported this story.</i></p>
