One of the most popular new kitchen appliances is the air fryer. Here are *** few tips from expert chefs to make the most of it, just like it is best to preheat your oven. You should also preheat your air fryer. Chef chris Riley had this advice for Insider by doing this. You save time because the meals are ready faster. Chef Deanna Kang had an alternative to aluminum foil in the air fryer, she told Insider, put *** slice of bread on the bottom of your air fryer. It's *** green alternative to foil for catching grease and drips for easier cleanup. Don't overcrowd your food. Food blogger, Karen Myers told cooking light it can be tempting to put as much as possible in there, but you want the air to be able to circulate around all of the pieces and if you fill it too full, the middle of the basket will end up steaming instead of air frying. And the whole point of an air fryer is to keep the food crispy.
Even though the Bengals didn’t win, he said the trip was not a loss.“It was absolutely worth it,” Householder said. Many fans had traveled from out of state to be in Cincinnati to watch the game. “I live in Durham, North Carolina. I’m born and raised in Cincinnati,” said Morgan Andres. “There were plenty of Super Bowl parties and plenty of bars in Durham, but it just wasn’t the same as being home.”Some fans leaving CVG were not originally from Cincinnati, but are serious Bengals fans.Jason Stewart took four planes and traveled thousands of miles from Canada. It would have been closer to go to Los Angeles.“It wouldn’t have mattered if it was in my own backyard. I wouldn’t have gone to the Super Bowl. I just wanted to be here with the people,” Stewart said.

After the Bengals AFC Championship Game win, everyone was wondering if C.J. Uzomah would be playing in the Super Bowl following his knee injury. Bengals head coach Zac Taylor said that Uzomah is on track to play in the Super Bowl on Sunday and that’s also the case for every other player on the active roster.Uzomah sprained his MCL during the AFC Championship Game and was unable to practice until Thursday this week. According to the Bengals injury report, Uzomah was a full participant in practice on Friday, but is still listed as questionable. Guard Jackson Carman was the only other Bengals player to have anything less than full practice participation this week. He was limited Wednesday before going full the last two days, but Zac Taylor has not said whether he or Hakeem Adenjii will be starting at right guard on Sunday.Defensive end Cam Sample, defensive tackle Josh Tupou and wide receiver Stanley Morgan were on the list this week. All three players are considered healthy enough to play this weekend.Something notable to point out is that if the Bengals don't call up a tight end from the practice squad, then it's most certain that C.J. Uzomah will be playing in the big game on Sunday.

Before COVID-19, shaking hands was a common way to greet people. Usually, we didn't even think about it.

Shaking hands is engrained deep into our culture. It's been around for thousands of years, stemming back to the days of the ancient Hebrews. Later, the ancient Romans and ancient Greeks shook hands to sign on official deals.

The extension of the hand was seen as extension of an olive branch.

“Some people believe the actual grasping of the hands and the up and down motion of the handshake was that, if there was a weapon in someone’s sleeves, it would be lodged out or you would hear it clank,” said Maralee McKee, an etiquette expert and founder of the The Etiquette School of America.

Fast forward to today, it might feel a little jarring if someone tries to extend their hand to us.

McKee expects most people to be okay with shaking hands when it’s safe to do so, but we should expect some people to be hesitant.

A recent Harris poll for Fast Company found 54% of people would be happy to never shake someone's hand again. In those instances, it is up to the person who does not want to shake hands to let it be known.

“Actually, put your hands behind your back, something that would usually be very rude, but go ahead and put your hands behind your back. In other words, ‘I’m not going to be extending it.’ But let your kindness come through via a smile on your face, making eye contact. A nod of the head is always a polite thing to do.”

Another option is to simply let people know you won't be shaking hands. There are also alternative greetings we can use now and in the future.

“Take your hand and put it here over your shoulder. And just do a slight bow of the head. That way it gives you and the other person something to do with your hands,” said McKee.

At the end of the day, we should always remember that everyone has different levels of comfort. Both comfort and etiquette are likely to change as the pandemic situation changes.

CHICAGO — If you're stressing about having to return back to the office, you’re not alone.

Recent studies show a large percentage of people don’t want to return to the office full time.

"I've got two young kids and pets, and I'm able to kind of take more time with them in the morning,” said Stephanie Bossmeyer, a human resources director who has been working from home the past year. "I can't believe the amount of time that I spent going to and from work."

Bossmeyer is fortunate. Her company is not pressuring employees to return to the workplace in the near future.

“It's been pretty successful, to be honest, and I think a lot of people feel that way,” said Bossmeyer.

As more people get vaccinated, the prospect of life returning to normal is exciting. While some employers are starting to consider having staff move back into the office, it’s something many teleworkers may be dreading.

“Any belief that we're returning back to normal is probably misplaced,” said Shelly Rauvola, an associate professor of organizational psychology at DePaul University in Chicago.

Rauvola specializes in health and well-being in the workplace.

“I think there's the argument to be made that individuals might be more productive in a place where they're really comfortable," explained Rauvola. "They might be more productive if they get to work different work hours."

Whether it’s the stress and cost of commuting or the loss of flexibility, more Americans are finding their stride in working from home.

“I often feel more productive,” said Bossmeyer. “Sometimes, I think you forget to kind of log out and kind of go home. But I do appreciate the flexibility.”

Late last year, more than half of the workers surveyed said they would want to work from home even after the coronavirus outbreak ended. Now, that number has grown.

A recent Harvard Business School survey of remote workers found 81% of workers prefer a hybrid schedule post-pandemic or not going back at all. Just 18% said they would want to go back to the office full time. Meanwhile, worried about company culture, some 70% of employers say they want people back in the workplace.

What the ideal post-pandemic work-life will look like is still uncertain, but experts agree flexibility may be the key.

“I think that there should be a push to try to adapt work to fit the worker because ultimately, that's what's going to make for sustainable employability,” said Rauvola. "That's what's going to make for a happier, healthier, and more productive society.”
