The collapse comes just hours before President Joe Biden is scheduled to visit the city to talk about the $1 trillion infrastructure bill that includes bridge maintenance. Pittsburgh Mayor Ed Gainey said the White House reached out to him about the collapse.White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said Biden will proceed with the planned trip."Our team is in touch with state and local officials on the ground as they continue to gather information about the cause of the collapse," Psaki said.Video below from crews on the scene shows the collapse Photos shared with sister station WTAE on Twitter show a Port Authority Bus was involved.Gainey said there were no fatalities reported and there were no serious injuries. Pittsburgh Fire Chief Darryl Jones said there were 10 minor injuries reported and three people were transported from the scene. None of the injuries were life-threatening. Three or four vehicles were on the bridge when it fell, Jones said.
