											at just a week old. Adeline Clarkin already has quite the story to tell. Not to be graphic, but she was coming. There was no waiting. It was last saturday when Jill and john called 911 after realizing Adeline was ready to enter this world sooner than they expected. There was a pretty urgent need to get some help because we weren't going anywhere on the other line was Megan by barrels of fort Collins 911 dispatcher. I honestly didn't think we'd get all the way through it because again, that doesn't usually happen in most cases the fire department arrives in minutes and helps with the delivery, but the engine closest to the Clarkin's was tied up and Megan had to step in using her years of knowledge. I wasn't too nervous until The dad was like, Oh boy, you know she's coming. It was just a very calming voice, which I think it turned made me I mean if she would've been freaking out, I think I would've been freaking out. Megan helped guide the two as Joel gave birth to baby Adeline in a bathroom at her home and anxiously waited for her first breath. I think it was about 10 seconds that and we could hear her crying so I knew everything was okay. Jill john brother Jacob and baby addie. We're all doing okay. Having learned life is unpredictable, no matter how much planning you do. She's £6.02 ounces and she's 19 inches long, she's just tiny, tiny little thing with a full head of hair and for the first time in Megan's 10 year career here, thank you. You did so good. She got to see a call like this all the way through. This is john meet the people on the other line. It really is so special they are. I'll remember it forever and she's prepared to do it again. It may never happen again in my career, but it was really special.

					At just a week old, Addalyn Clarken already has quite the story to tell."Not to be graphic, but she was coming," Jill Clarken, Addalyn's mother, said. "There was no waiting."It was last Saturday when Jill Clarken and her husband, John, called 911 after realizing Addalyn was ready to come out sooner than they expected."There was a pretty urgent need to get some help because we weren't going anywhere," Jill said.On the other line was Megan Biberos, a Fort Collins, Colorado, 911 dispatcher. "I honestly didn't think we'd get all the way through it," Biberos said. "Because again, that doesn't usually happen."In most cases, the fire department arrives in minutes and helps with the delivery. But the engine closest to the Clarkens was tied up and Biberos had to step in using her years of knowledge."I wasn't too nervous until the dad kind of was like, 'Oh, boy, it's, you know, it's—she's coming," Biberos said. "It was just a very calming voice, which I think in turn made me calm," John Clarken said. "I mean, if she would have been freaking out, I think I would have been freaking out."Watch the video above for more on this story.

					Authorities are still trying to execute a search warrant issued in December for 'Rust' actor Alec Baldwin's cellphone. It was issued on Dec. 17 by the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department. In a video posted to Instagram, Baldwin said, "the best way to honor the death of Halyna Hutchins is to find out the truth." New Mexico's First Judicial District Attorney released this statement just a few days ago, saying the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office is working with a New York Sheriff's Department to execute this warrant.Sister station KOAT legal expert John Day said search warrants like these are usually routine and take a few days at most."Normally, search warrants have to be executed within ten days of their being issued. What we see here is an extended delay. The evidence is supposed to be gathered within 10 days. If you go beyond that, how stale is that search warrant information?" He says the more time passes, the greater the possibility of something happening to the evidence on that phone. What exactly are investigators looking for in Baldwin's phone? "What they're looking for is communications between Alec Baldwin and other people connected to the production about guns, ammunition and shooting," Day said.Day says investigators will have to switch their focus to cell service providers if the information is deleted from the phone. They'll be able to issue search warrants or subpoenas to find it.Day also says authorities could issue search warrants for the people Baldwin was communicating with to ensure no information was deleted from Baldwin's phone.Watch the video above for the full story.

<p>DRY RIDGE, Ky. — Kentucky State Police are warning of a new round of scam calls that use "aggressive" tactics to convince victims to turn over personal information and money.</p>
<p>Police said the scam works by convincing people to buy items over social media. </p>
<p>"The solicitor typically targets elderly people by showcasing items well below market value, and later requests payment by gift cards. This is a scam! If it sounds too good to be true, it often is," police said in a release Friday.</p>
<p>Kentucky State Police recommends treating every solicitation call or encounter as a scam until proven otherwise. To do this, research the actual market value of items being sold online, and do not try to purchase one unless you are doing it in-person or through a "credible, secured online payment platform."</p>
<p>Not sure if it's a scam? KSP offers some "warning signs" to look out for, including:</p>
<ul>
<li>High pressure sales or frequent calls.</li>
<li>Pressuring you into an immediate decision ("act now" offers).</li>
<li>Requesting credit or debit card or any banking information.</li>
<li>Offering to send someone to your home or to overnight something.</li>
<li>Offering something for free.</li>
<li>Not responding to questions or cutting you off.</li>
<li>Hawking a "no-risk" investment. </li>
<li>Refusing to provide written information or references (that includes hanging up when you ask for written information or other forms of authenticity).</li>
<li>Requesting payment in form of gift cards.</li>
<li>Imitating law enforcement to request payment for citations, bail money, etc.</li>
</ul>
<p>KSP recommends not engaging with scammers. Instead, report them to local law enforcement.</p>

					Above video: Family describes con artists who stole much of mother's life savingsAfter a year of relief, robocalls are back up to pre-pandemic levels.Americans received more than 4.6 billion robocalls in February, up 15% compared to January, according to new data from YouMail, a robocall-prevention service that tracks robocall traffic across the United States. About 159.1 million robocalls were placed each day last month.This marked the highest monthly robocall volume since February 2020, notably right before the COVID-19 pandemic hit the United States hard. So far, 2021 is on pace to reach 51.5 billion robocalls, a big jump from 2020 (45.9 billion). Americans received 58.5 billion robocalls in 2019, up 22% from the year before."Because February was a short month, I think the first two months are lower than we'll see going forward and we're actually going to wind up much closer to 2019's pre-pandemic levels overall," YouMail CEO Alex Quilici told CNN Business, attributing the resurgence to economies' reopening worldwide.Americans experienced a significant drop in the amount of robocalls flooding their phones last spring, helped by international call centers being shut down during the global pandemic and government efforts to stop COVID-19-related scams. At the time, YouMail reported the number of robocalls made to U.S. phone numbers in April was the lowest in two years. That included both scam and legitimate calls, such as payment reminders from banks."Call centers are closed or running at much lower capacity due to social distancing around the world," Quilici told CNN Business at the time. "There's no point to robocall people if there's no one there on the other end when someone 'presses 1' or returns a call."The latest report noted that scam and telemarketing calls accounted for about 60% of last month's robocall volume — a trend in line with past months. The leading illegal types of robocalls involved car warranties and health-related scams.

<p>"Because February was a short month, I think the first two months are lower than we'll see going forward and we're actually going to wind up much closer to 2019's pre-pandemic levels overall," YouMail CEO Alex Quilici told CNN Business, attributing the resurgence to economies' reopening worldwide.</p>
<p>Americans experienced a significant drop in the amount of robocalls flooding their phones last spring, helped by international call centers being shut down during the global pandemic and government efforts to stop COVID-19-related scams. At the time, YouMail <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2020/05/05/tech/robocalls-decline-coronavirus/index.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">reported</a> the number of robocalls made to U.S. phone numbers in April was the lowest in two years. That included both scam and legitimate calls, such as payment reminders from banks.</p>
<p>"Call centers are closed or running at much lower capacity due to social distancing around the world," Quilici told CNN Business at the time. "There's no point to robocall people if there's no one there on the other end [to field it] when someone 'presses 1' or returns a call."</p>
<p>The latest report noted that scam and telemarketing calls accounted for about 60% of last month's robocall volume — a trend in line with past months. The leading illegal types of robocalls involved car warranties and health-related scams.</p>

<br />Recently, rumors about the iPhone 9 or iPhone SE 2 have been percolating, and there's a lot to be excited about. The phone would mark the first follow-up to the 2016 iPhone SE, which was a huge success for Apple. Part of its popularity was the SE's $399 price, making it the first "budget" iPhone. But a significant part of the appeal was how small it was. It's absolutely tiny by today's standards.</p>
<p>CNET editors Vanessa Hand Orellana and Patrick Holland really want the iPhone 9 to be small and they're worried that if it's not, many people (including them) won't buy it. With the iPhone XR and 11, Apple proved it can create phones packed with value. But hopefully the company can make a truly small and modern iPhone.</p>
