MARIA: SOMEONE WAS GETTING MARRIED TODAY. IT DID NOT SP THEM, THEY HAD THE WEDDING PLAN FOR TODAY AT A WEDDING BANDOU AND AS THIS FORECAST SHAPED UP, A LOT OF THEIR OUT-OF-TNOW GUESST SAID WE ARE GOING TO BE HERE AND TRY TO BE HERE ON TIME. >> THEY GOT HERE ON TIME, IT WAS CLEAR THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO GET 100% OF THE GUESTS TO ARRIVE AT THE WEDDING VENUE. THE MARRIOTT WHEREHE T COUPLE D THANEIR GUESTS WERE STAYING OPEN UP THEIR ARM AND THEY AGREED TO LET THEM HOST THE WEDDGIN INSTEAD. >> HOWDY! ARE YOU MAIEDRR YET? YES! MAA:RI YAAY! Some quick thinking and planning helped a Massachusetts couple tie the knot Saturday as the nor'easter that slammed the state threatened to derail their wedding plans. Sydney and Coty Cossi were set to say their ‘I Dos’ at Olio in Peabody, however, most of their guests were staying about 3 miles away at the Boston Marriott Peabody.The pair quickly realized driving even a few miles during the height of the nor'easter was not safe for their guests. As the week went on, Sydney Cossi said they were nervous, but "sprang into action" to make alternate plans."We couldn't have our wedding at the venue as planned, but all of our family and friends were very flexible, and the hotel they were staying at made a lot of exceptions for us to make this happen," bride Sydney Cossi said.The hotel opened its ballroom for the couple to use for the ceremony and reception, and allowed the wedding vendors including the caterer, DJ and videographer to stay the evening before.The couple is off to the Galapagos Islands and Machu Picchu on Monday for their honeymoon.

Missing cat found six years after falling out of condo window


A pet lover is celebrating the discovery of her missing cat, who she hasn't seen in six years."It was a miracle," Margaret Cooke said. "I'm so glad that this doctor scanned him and we're bringing him back home on Tuesday. Yes, I'm so happy."Mini Max went through a loose screen in her third-floor condo in Peabody, Massachusetts, six years ago. Cooke tried everything to get him back."When the owner's screen popped out, I was cleaning my windows and looking at the screen, and I could see the little claw marks where he had clawed before he fell out. And it just killed me," Cooke said. Six years later, Mini Max has been located. A veterinarian scanned Mini Max, who had a microchip, and called the reunion. Cooke said the cat ended up at a home in Revere, Massachusetts, but also spent time in the wild. After X-rays, he'll be returned home to his family of rescues next week.
