How was your food today? Good, good. Behind this long curly red hair and big smile right now. This is so new. This is my priority. Our brains. Five days of the week I am in here most of the day. If not in here, like I'm back there doing prep the other two days, I'm here but not in here. I'm in the office at Rosalie's off North Worcester Street in Strasburg. 18 year old Samantha Fry wears many hats. Leanna, there's that oatmeal. That's because she owns the place. How did you decide? Hm. I think I'm gonna purchase this restaurant. If you told me six months ago, I would, I was doing this. I would have been, you're crazy. I'm not, there's no way I'm doing that. Fry started working at Rosalie's as *** dishwasher at 16. As the years passed, she moved up in the ranks from kitchen prep cook. And as most high schoolers do these days, they go off to college after graduation and so did Fry first. It was business and environmental engineer. It changed *** little bit, but that's what I went to state for the half Manhattan. But when she came in for *** shift during winter break. An idea sparked when the past owners told her they wanted to sell the restaurant. I was thinking, I was like, wow, maybe that's something I might want to do because I had *** savings because I was saving up for college. So I had quite *** bit of money set away and I was like, I could possibly do this and she did. I'm the new owner. It's nice to meet you guys. She paid her down payment and took ownership in April. I'm glad you guys stop in because she was able to save her own money for *** down payment. That's, you know, I couldn't have done that. Rosalee is *** staple in Strasbourg. Definitely like ***, these guys come in twice *** day and this family almost every week, waitresses are awesome. The food's good cakes. Blueberries. Ok. Fry is not only an inspiration to her customers but her staff, I really think that, you know, she's just *** great example of, you know, *** young lady that's following her dreams and doing what she loves. Fry. Doesn't want to change the name of the right blueberry pancakes or update much, but she hopes her story has one clear message for her generation. You don't need college to make *** decent living. And I think that's what *** lot of people think nowadays. You're welcome, enjoy. I'll bring you some in Strasburg. Follow your instincts. Honestly, Bri Caswell, if it feels right. Just do it. News five? Ok, perfect. There you go.

<p>MADEIRA, Ohio — The owner of Madeira Beverage was shot and killed in his store Tuesday night, and police said the suspect is still at large.</p>
<p>Officers responded to Madeira Beverage on the 6000 block of Kenwood Road for a report of a person shot just before 8 p.m., Madeira Police Chief David Schaefer said.</p>
<p>Police found the owner, 68-year-old Roop Gupta, with a single gunshot wound. Gupta was rushed to UC Hospital, where he died of his injuries.</p>
<p>The suspected gunman, who may be armed with a semi-automatic weapon, stands 6 feet tall, weighs 240 pounds and was wearing black clothes with a red face mask, Schaefer said. It's unclear if anything was taken from the store, and police are now looking through surveillance video.</p>
<p>"It appears that they did leave in a vehicle," Schaefer said. "We believe it’s an isolated incident. There’s no safety concern for residents of Madeira or the surrounding communities.”</p>
<p>Tuesday was the second time Gupta was shot inside the store. In September 2012, authorities said William Hart shot Gupta in the stomach multiple times during a robbery. Gupta was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. His wife was also working when the store was robbed, and police said she was thrown against a wine cellar, according to a 2012 WCPO report.</p>
<p>Hart was arrested during a routine traffic stop in Golf Manor a few days later, and he was later convicted on several charges including aggravated robbery and felonious assault.</p>
