The Ohio State Fair is adding a free concert to this year’s festivities. Generation Radio will perform July 28 at the Celeste Center officials announced Tuesday. The group is super band featuring Ohio native, Jay Demarcus, of Rascal Flatts. The band also features members from Chicago and Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. Admission to the show is free with Ohio State Fair tickets. The show is schedule to start at 7 p.m. The new performance will serve as the replacement to the Toby Keith concert that was cancelled earlier this year. Keith announced on social media that he has been battling stomach cancer since the fall of 2021 and would not be able to perform. The Ohio State Fair will be held July 27- August 7.
