Some scammers are targeting the person-to-person payment service Cash App.A viewer sent an email to sister station WGAL that claims someone is having trouble delivering $500 to the victim's Cash App account. In this case, the viewer has never used it.The email asks the targeted victim to "Please complete your contact info to make sure is properly delivered to you."That phrase is a red flag.
