Heat ramps up this week

The heat and humidity will become more of a problem over the next couple of days. Not much relief is in sight for the long term.



And cool down because you step outside and it's just like a sweat. I know, not good. Yeah, I was outside for 10 minutes with my daughter today and I said we've got to go back inside us way too much money to shower now we need to shower. So we're not gonna be seeing any relief from the heat this week. Unfortunately, that is gonna be sticking with us as we head into the next several days and those heat index readings are going to be a big problem. We're gonna take a live look out in Lebanon to start things off here. Got a little bit of cloud cover out there, some puffy cumulus clouds. I think they're going to be hard pressed to really grow a whole lot today. But I think we could see an isolated shower too as we head through the last part of this evening. A couple more hours of opportunities for that. All we're seeing right now in Kent County is really just a very light shower around kenton pinar morning view. So these aren't gonna go anywhere very quickly. We don't have a ton of wind today. So some very light showers, Maybe a locally heavy downpour if we can get one of those clouds to grow tall enough this afternoon, but really weak cold front here, not allowing for a lot of opportunities for that. It's going to try to make its way in warm front will eventually start to lift north as we head into the next couple of days. So that's gonna keep us in that really hot air mass as we head into the new week. Future cash showing what's going to happen with some rain chances over the next couple of days here I think. Clear as we head through tonight. Maybe some high thin clouds. But that's about it. And I think that sunshine does stay with us as we head into tomorrow afternoon and evening. Monday should actually be a nice dry day. This model kicking out a couple of spotty sprinkles in the afternoon. Might have a little bit of cloud cover for the late part of the day. But a lot of us staying dry through monday and now it actually looks like Tuesday going to be a pretty quiet afternoon for us. More heat and humidity and some sunshine forecast overnight tonight. Mostly clear and monkey. I think we dropped around 70 degrees. Some rural areas getting to the high sixties as we head through tonight. And then for tomorrow about 91. But that heat index when you factor in that humidity, it's going to feel more like the mid 90s. And I think there will be cities. Let's see those triple digit heat index readings again tomorrow. And that's just gonna be the picture here over the next several days. We're not going to get rid of those nineties. I think it really just here to stay just heats up more through Wednesday. OH, YEAH. I DON’T WANT TO SPEND A LOT OF TIME OUTSIDE AT ALL. ANID THINK EVERYONE’S GONNA BE FEELING THAT HERE IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS, BUT GOT 31 DAYS TILL FALL. CAN’T WAIT FOR THAT.
