FLORENCE, Ky. — One man is dead after a shooting near Garden Drive in Florence, according to Boone County dispatch.

The coroner and U.S. Marshals are on the scene, though officials wouldn't say why federal officers responded to the incident.

Police have not released any information on either the victim or any suspects.
