The man charged in the attack of comedian Dave Chappelle on stage while he performed at the Hollywood Bowl has pleaded not guilty to four misdemeanors.

The Associated Press reported that Isaiah Lee pleaded not guilty Friday to battery, possessing a deadly weapon with intent to assault, unlawfully crossing from a spectator area onto a stage at a theatrical event, and interfering with or delaying such an event with unlawful conduct.

According to the news outlet, the 23-year-old was also ordered to stay at least 100 yards from the comedian.

The Los Angeles Police Department initially charged Lee with assault with a deadly weapon after he rushed the stage Tuesday during Chappelle's set and pulled out a replica handgun with a large blade that folded out at the end.

An arrest has been made in an incident where a comedian was attacked while on stage at the Hollywood Bowl. Isaiah Lee was charged with Assault with a Deadly Weapon and bail is set at $30,000.

But after determining that Lee did not commit any felonies, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office forwarded the case to the Los Angeles city attorney’s office, which handles misdemeanor cases, the AP reported.

Comedian Dave Chappelle has tested positive for COVID-19 but is asymptomatic, according to a statement from his spokeswoman obtained by CNN."Dave Chappelle is quarantined after testing positive for COVID-19. His remaining shows at Stubbs Waller Creek Amphitheater in Austin, TX have been canceled," Carla Sims, Chappelle's representative, said in the statement."Chappelle implemented COVID-19 protocols which included rapid testing for the audience and daily testing for himself and his team. His diligent testing enabled him to immediately respond by quarantining, thus mitigating the spread of the virus. Chappelle is asymptomatic," the statement continued.The website for the venue Chappelle was set to perform at with fellow comedian, Joe Rogan, shows his upcoming performances as canceled.Rogan posted a news site's headline saying Chappelle had tested positive for COVID-19 to his verified Instagram account and commented, "Sorry my friends, the Friday and Saturday shows at @stubbsaustin have been cancelled."

"First look" photos have long been a memorable moment for couples on their wedding day. The tradition allows the photographer to capture the look on the love birds' faces as they see each other all dressed up for the first time.

For one Texas couple, this special moment reached a new level of memorability when comedian Dave Chappelle suddenly popped his head out of the doors of the neighboring restaurant.

Matt and Eleanor McLaughlin were feeling nervous and excited for their socially distanced, intimate wedding at The Line Hotel in Austin earlier this month.

When it came time for photos, the couple was strategically set in position by their photographer, Anna Szczekutowicz, and ready for the big "first look" reveal.

As soon as Matt turned around to see Eleanor, Szczekutowicz snapped her camera, capturing the exact moment Chappelle walked through the doors in a classic photo-bombing pose.

Because they were on the outdoor patio of a restaurant, the couple was not surprised to hear cheering coming from the diners inside. They hugged and kissed and thought it was a sweet gesture from their audience inside.

What they didn't realize was that the audience was cheering at the fact that Dave Chappelle had just photo-bombed their first look.

"I was just so emotional after finally seeing Matt for the first time on our wedding day," Eleanor told CNN. "Then after I heard all the cheering, I turned and was like, 'Wait you're Dave Chappelle.' It was surreal."

The happy couple thanked him for coming out to say hello and then asked for a real photo with.

"He was adamant about keeping a safe distance, so he stayed in the background for the staged photo and was just so cool about everything," Eleanor said. "We took the photo and then he said, 'Best of luck, you guys look great take care!' and then went back inside."

Chappelle revealed last week that he was asymptomatic after testing positive for COVID-19.

Szczekutowicz said the surprise really helped lift the couple's spirits after downsizing their guests from 150 people to 12.

"I could tell they were pretty bummed because it wasn't the day they had long imagined," Szczekutowicz told CNN. "The mood of the day was like, 'I wish we could have had our loved ones here,' so that moment just kind of changed the entire feeling of the day. It was really fun."

This isn't the first time Chappelle has photo-bombed couples on their special day. The comedian surprised an Ohio couple in 2018 during their engagement photos — and the photos are equally amazing.

NEW YORK, N.Y. — In another sign that the U.S. is returning to a sense of normalcy, Madison Square Garden hosted its first full-capacity show since the pandemic began in March of 2020.

Foo Fighters played at the iconic New York City venue to a fully vaccinated crowd on Sunday.

The show marked the venue’s first concert in more than 460 days and the first 100% vaccinated event at the arena.

Frontman Dave Grohl kicked off the show with the song “Times Like These” and during a cover of Radiohead’s “Creep,” the rock band was joined by a surprise guest – comedian Dave Chappelle.

Throughout the concert, CNN reports that Grohl asked the crowd, “Did you miss it?”

After the show, the band took to Twitter to thank The Garden. They said it was a night they’ll never forget and that the crowd was the loudest the venue has ever seen.

“We’ve been waiting for this day for over a year,” said Grohl in a statement before the concert.
