This is what guy should have used as his spices.
2 TBSP Chili Powder
2 TBSP Paprika
2 TBSP Cocoa Powder
2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
1 TBSP Red Wine or Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
1 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Ground Allspice
1 tsp Sugar
2 cloves of garlic minced or 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp Ground Coves
1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
2 Bay Leaves or 1/8 tsp Bay Leaf Powder
salt and pepper to taste.

Add anything else in your fridge about to expire.

Add to noodles you got from the food pantry.
